A three storey cottage in the heart of Calver village. The property was built in 1730 for the bar master who would over see the local lead mines and land owned by the Newburg family from Hassop Hall. In these times the cottage would have been one of the finest building in the village.   Named Top o' the Low by the locals over the past century as the cottage is at the top of Lowside and the highest point in the old stone village. From the lounge steep stairs devide, left to the bath room with shower unit and toilet.
